Tim has over 25 years of experience consulting with small and mid-sized businesses specializing in business diagnostics and strategic planning for business growth. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society where he served on the Financial Statement Review Committee. Tim has a solid track record for successfully assisting his clients in growing their businesses. Tim is very active in community services. He is the Past Chairman of the Lake County Chamber of Commerce and he is a long-time member of the Gurnee Rotary Club.

Erika has worked with Tim Walsh since June 2003 as Office Manager. Prior to that she was Business Administrator at the Lake County Chamber of Commerce. She blends her knowledge and experience with accounting procedures along with her business talents to supervise a busy professional firm. She is proficient in oral and written Spanish.
